How can my workers complete OSHA’s Outreach Training Program?
OSHA’s Outreach Training Program offers two packages, a 10-hour program and a 30-hour program. The 10-hour training program is intended for entry level workers, while the 30-hour training program is designed as a more in-depth experience. The 30-hour training program will explore safety training and responsibility with more depth and variety. However, both the 10 and 30-hour training programs will cover the base overview of the many hazards that workers face will on the job site, and how they should handle them. It is important to note that this training does not cover OSHA Standards, rather it focusing on hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention.
